Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026 This policy explains what data the Zincirleme: 3D Word City app processes and how.

OFFLINE USE

Single-player mode collects no data. Your scores, statistics, unfinished round and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to any server.

SHARING YOUR CITY

The "Share my city" button hands the end-of-round city picture (with your player name and title on it) to the app you choose from your device's share sheet, and nothing else. The picture is neither kept by the app nor uploaded to any server.

ONLINE FEATURES

When you use online features, data is stored on Firebase infrastructure operated by Google LLC (Authentication and Cloud Firestore). The data processed is: an anonymous account identifier; if you link your account, the name and email address from your Google/Apple account; your player name; best scores submitted to the leaderboards and the weekly contest (word and city scores); match records (score, move path, conversions taken, timestamps); in-match chat messages; friend codes, friend requests and invites; report records.

HOW DATA IS USED

Data is used solely to provide the game's online features. No ads are shown, no data is sold, and nothing is shared with third parties for marketing. See Google's privacy policy for Firebase's own data-processing terms.

RETENTION & DELETION

Online data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account from within the app (Profile > Delete account) or email cakirmehm@gmail.com; requests are honored within a reasonable time.

CHILDREN

The app is intended for players aged 13 and over; we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13, and if we learn that such a user has linked an account, the data is deleted. The game can be played without providing any personal data. Parental supervision is recommended for the online chat feature.
